RETURN POLICY

Most purchases from Lighting-geek.com can be returned or exchanged for up 30 days from the date of order completed. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

Return period window: 30 days

Accepted return condition:

  • Opened (a 15% restocking fee will be applied)
  • Unopened

***Customized items are not returnable after purchase

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for the shipping costs to return your item(s). Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that the cost of return shipping will automatically be deducted from your refund.

EXCHANGES AND REPAIR

If your product is under warranty, you must obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) before sending back the product for repair or exchange. To begin this process, please email at info@lighting-geek.com and we’ll work with you from there to fix or replace your item.

At this time, we do not offer exchanges on products not in full condition. If you would like to exchange an item, you must return your original product within 30 days of purchase and then purchase a new item separately.
